Its unique formula is blended with our red C+UV marker to help law enforcement identify assailants on the street. ADMIRAL STREET pepper sprays are effective against individuals taking medication, under the influence of drugs, or under the influence of alcohol. Their effect remains active for 15 to 30 minutes.
