ADMIRAL MK-9 CS
ADMIRAL MK-9 CS
Crowd-management CS fogger for law enforcement and tactical units.
ADMIRAL MK-9 CS is the heavy-duty CS fog dispenser of the ADMIRAL professional range, designed for crowd management, riot control, cell extractions and large-area tactical operations. With a 260 ml capacity and pistol-grip handle, it provides sustained engagement capability against multiple subjects in dynamic operational environments — situations where a directional jet would be insufficient and where wide-area coverage is decisive. CS chemistry is particularly suited to standardized crowd-management protocols and operational contexts where predictable, well-characterized chemical effects are required.
With an effective range of up to 6 meters (20 ft), MK-9 CS neutralizes threats at extended distance through a fog dispersion pattern that covers a large engagement area. The pistol-grip handle with safety pin delivers stable two-handed control during prolonged deployment, while the 260 ml capacity supports sustained operations without canister change. The actuator is equipped with a first-use indicator, allowing immediate verification of canister status — essential for duty readiness and post-deployment reporting.
The active ingredient is CS gas (orthochlorobenzylidene malononitrile), the standard chemical irritant used by international law enforcement for crowd management and tactical interventions. Unlike OC pepper sprays, CS is a synthetic compound with predictable, well-characterized effects — making it the agent of choice for standardized operational protocols and post-intervention reporting.
Incapacitating effect
On contact, CS immediately triggers intense lachrymation, strong respiratory irritation, involuntary eye closure and disorientation. The subject is incapacitated for 15 to 30 minutes, allowing the operator to control the situation, complete intervention procedures and call for backup if needed. The fog dispersion pattern affects all subjects within the engagement zone, making MK-9 CS particularly effective for crowd management and multi-subject scenarios. CS is most effective on subjects in standard physiological states; for engagements involving subjects potentially under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication, OC formulations (MK-9 OC) or combined OCS formulations (MK-9 OCS) may be considered.
ADMIRAL ecosystem
MK-9 CS is part of the ADMIRAL professional ecosystem. After deployment, ADMIRAL RESCUE-OCS provides rapid flushing for affected skin areas — supporting both team recovery and post-intervention duty of care. For decontamination of larger areas or vehicles after deployment, refer to ADMIRAL operational procedures.

Operational deployment
The pistol-grip handle ensures stable two-handed engagement at extended distance, reducing operator fatigue during prolonged crowd-management operations. The fog dispersion pattern delivers wide-area coverage at the engagement zone, making MK-9 CS the spray of choice for multi-subject scenarios and tactical interventions where directional precision is secondary to area coverage. The 260 ml capacity supports sustained engagement scenarios without operational interruption. As with any fog dispenser, deployment in outdoor conditions requires assessment of wind direction to avoid blowback. Operators are advised to maintain perimeter control during and after deployment. Use strictly reserved for situations of real danger. Operator training is mandatory. Use must comply with applicable laws and authorized operator status.
